NEW DETAILS:
* Gathering opens with Love Feast, Friday evening at 6:00 pm
* Childcare will be provided for children five years and younger 
    -- please indicate number of children on your registration
* Deadline for registration: OCTOBER 26 
    -- Thanksgiving Dinner will be served following worship on Sunday.
        In order to plan for this meal, your timely registration is needed.
* A Silent Auction will be held to benefit VOS: bring something to auction and come shop!

Registration:
? $60 – Covers meals (Fri supper, Sat lunch and supper,
      Sun potluck), and all activities
? Indicate dietary needs.

How to Register:  

     Please register by completing the following on-line form.  (You may also register by mail by sending the information requested below with a check to the address listed at the bottom.)  Please complete a separate on-line form for each person attending, so we are able to keep an accurate count and streamline data entry.  If you make a significant error, just fill out the form again, as it is easy for us to eliminate duplicates. Items with an asterisk are required fields. Please enter n/a if not applicable or if you would simply rather not supply the information.

     VOS has implemented on-line payments for registration fees, payable with any major credit card, or by using a Paypal account.  After completing the registration form below, you will be directed to a confirmation page where you may choose to conveniently pay your registration fees immediately, or you may mail a check for the full amount to the address below.  If you do not need to complete the registration form (for instance, if you have already registered previously), yet wish to make an additional payment or donation, please click here to go directly to the confirmation/payment page.
